Four nights, per person double occupancy in the Mountain Laurel accommodations (Single occupancy available upon request for an additional $280).
Lodging & Meals from Dinner Wednesday, August 1st through Lunch Sunday, August 5th.

Pay only the $300/person registration fee (refundable prior to January 20th). Once the event is confirmed, you will receive an invoice with payment options. The balance will be due on arrival: August 1st.

Registering as a married couple.
Bringing Children (no extra room cost for up to two children, meals free 0-5 yrs; $84 6-12; $144 12+). No childcare is currently available.
Driving, and prefer to leave Saturday after dinner ($140 off per room).
Driving, and whether you would be willing to pick up other participants from the airport.
Flying and need an airport shuttle. Fly to Asheville (AVL) by 3:30pm August 1st. ($15/person to driver)
Commuting or staying locally, in which case the Registration fee ($300) is your total cost, not including Room, and only 3 days of Meals.
Location: Ridgecrest Conference Center, Ridgecrest, NC
Participants should fly to the Asheville, NC (AVL) airport by 3:30pm August 1st, where we have organized a shuttle service ($15/person to driver). A minimum number of 15 registrations must be reached by January 20th, or the event will be cancelled, and registrations refunded.
